The Missouri Kidney Program has been a supporter of Home Dialysis Central since 2004.
The mission of the Missouri Kidney Program (MoKP) is to help meet the medical, educational, and psychosocial needs of eligible Missouri residents who have chronic kidney disease or have had a renal transplant. To achieve this mission, MoKP funds programs for treatment and prevention; provides financial help to people on dialysis, with kidney transplants, and living kidney donors; offers early patient education classes; sponsors professional education seminars; funds cost containment research; and encourages home dialysis and transplantation when medically feasible.
