Dialysis Consulting Group, Inc. (DCG), provides broad-spectrum, comprehensive consulting and management services to hospital-based and freestanding dialysis programs throughout the United States. DCG specializes in dialysis facility planning, operations, facility administration, quality management, and reimbursement.

Company background and history

Jeff Lehman, MHA, CPA, President of the Company, founded DCG in 1990. The co-owner and Chief Operations Officer of DCG is Katrina Russell, RN, CNN, who joined DCG in 1992. DCG was established to provide management and consulting services to outpatient dialysis providers. The company presently contracts with 16 dialysis facilities in seven states for various levels of management services (two of these are free-standing PD centers). DCG has also provided consulting services to several hundred hospital based and freestanding dialysis programs since its inception. DCG offers a "menu" of consulting and management services that can be tailored to each client's needs.

DCG has eighteen employees and relationships with numerous highly respected individuals in the dialysis industry who work with DCG on a project-by-project basis.
